Questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. Star VPN has no accounts or logins. Your device creates its own WireGuard key the first time you connect.
What does the free version include?
The United States server with limited VPN time per day. Pro unlocks every location with unlimited time.
Why does iOS ask to “Add VPN Configurations”?
That's how every VPN app on iPhone works: iOS needs your permission once to install the VPN profile. Tap Allow, then enter your passcode or use Face ID.
It won't connect on my network. What can I do?
The app automatically tries a second port that gets through most blocking networks. If it still fails, try another server, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or contact us below.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Star VPN. Or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
I bought Pro but it isn't showing.
Open the app, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
